From deadly floods experienced in Pakistan and Nigeria to drought-driven starvation in the Horn of Africa, the system-wide effects of the climate change crisis are already here. Beyond doing everything we can to cut emissions and slow the pace of global warming, we must adapt to climate consequences so we can protect ourselves and our communities. Providing technical support to projects and organizations towards increasing adaptive resilience is at the heart of Batnon Center’s core activities.
